our faculty
What kinds of teachers do you have at NHPS?
While NHPS, like all private schools, does not require that our teachers have a California teaching credential, all of our teachers are highly qualified.
At NHPS we have spent a great deal of time hand-picking our teaching staff and about one third have previous experience teaching in this curriculum at either Crossroads or New Roads. Most importantly, our teachers care about their students, and class sizes are small enough to allow teachers to give each student the attention he or she needs.
Highlights
- 85% of our teachers have a masters degree, or equivalent, or better in their respective subjects
- More than 1/3 of our teachers (5 out of 14) have experience teaching at Crossroads, New Roads, or both
